The purpose of this website is to request a Confirmation date(s) for your Parish, review your assigned dates and times, download your planning packets, and submit the final report. Once you have been assigned a Confirmation date(s), you will be able to view each scheduled date and time, along with the Confirming Prelate. You will also be able to download the planning packet and, lastly, submit the final report which is due immediately after the Confirmation(s) have been celebrated. In order to process a Confirmation Request, you will need the Parish Location Code. Location Codes are assigned by the ADLA Financial Services Department. Your parish Pastor, or business manager, should be able to provide you with the location code.
