Thank you for your important ministry in preparing the young people and adults of your parish to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. We are grateful for the time, care, and faithful witness you provide as you accompany them on this important step in their journey of faith.
ConfirmLA is designed to assist parishes throughout the Confirmation process. Through this website, you may request Confirmation date(s) for your parish, review your assigned dates and times, download the appropriate planning packets, and submit your final Confirmation Total Report.
Once your Confirmation date(s) have been assigned, you will be able to view each scheduled date and time, along with the name of the celebrating bishop. Your planning packet will also be available for download and will provide the information needed to help prepare for the celebration of the Sacrament. Following the celebration of Confirmation, please remember to submit the Total Report through ConfirmLA. The Total Report is due immediately after the Confirmation celebration(s).

To submit a Confirmation Request, you will need your Parish Location Code. Your Location Code can be found in the Confirmation letter sent to your parish. Location Codes are assigned by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Financial Services Department. If you are unable to locate your code, your pastor or business manager should also be able to provide it.
