Dear Sisters,
The Office of the Vicar for Religious is truly committed to Building a Community of
Communities within the ADLA.
We share the joy of God’s call within us to bring forth the reign
of God into this world. We carry within us the fruit of our lives,
our gifts, our experiences, our communal living, and beginning
each day with prayer. Getting to know each of you is our goal
and as part of this process, we are building a database which
will include a profile for each Congregation and a separate
profile for each sister. To achieve this, we need your help.
We want to know about you. As we grow the support for
Women Religious within the ADLA, we have many programs
planned to help sisters. Completing the Women Religious
Profile will help us to help you.
There is a separate Congregational Profile that your Leadership
will complete about your Congregation and contact
information. This guide is intended to help you understand the
Profile and to walk you through the process.
The OVR is here for you and if you have any questions or
concerns, just reach out to any of us in the Office of the Vicar
for Religious.
